Planet GIANT, LLC shall retain all copyrights to any prints purchased by customer, including, but not limited to copyrights to derivative works. Nothing by virtue of this purchase conveys any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the prints, any printed products, or any images contained therein. Customer hereby understands and agrees they have no right to scan, reproduce, copy or otherwise duplicate the prints or print products purchased from Planet GIANT, LLC or any portion thereof.
